The Cause of Obesity

There is no one single cause of any disorder/ailment/illness/syndrome. We can only talk about cofactors, causative agents and life situations that like pieces of puzzle interact with each other, and together promote health problems & Overweight. All disorders and health problems that happen to humans are multidimensional, because we, humans are multidimensional. Modern medical science is manly interested in physical and tangible world. Modern medical science blames too many problems on bad genes, viruses, bacteria ...

Obesity is the second leading cause of preventable deaths in the United States (tobacco is first).

Genes are always a factor of our health, but that is the only factor we can't do anything about. The truth is, no illness, no disorder or health problem is caused by only a single factor, or by only "3" cofactors. There could be virtually hundreds of cofactors / causative agents that each has casual relationship to poor immunity, poor health, accumulation of toxins inside the body, poor thoughts, and that promotes illness!

Most common cofactors could be: unpleasant life experiences, lack of knowledge, poor thoughts and attitude, lack of consciousness, lifestyle, diet, and exposure to
Toxins, overexposure to viruses, bacteria, yeast, and parasitic animals. In case of health problems encountered in childhood, or in case of children borne with certain disorder or illness, those cofactors are common for their parents!

We are only able to recognize the "largest" and most common pieces of this "puzzle", while some "smaller" pieces are often unrecognizable. Our body, mind, soul and spirit are one with our environment. Anything that disturbs balance inside our body, mind, soul and spirit, or our relationship with environment may promote an illness.

The Role of Our Liver in Weight Gain

Weight gain and depression are just two common manifestations of a congested, overworked liver.

Many people struggle with weight gain and a sluggish metabolism most of their lives, and go through lots of yo-yo dieting unsuccessfully. “So why doesn’t anything really work?” we may ask. We have been tackling the symptom when we should be addressing the cause - weight gain is often due to poor liver function. Congestion throughout the body and a sluggish liver can contribute not only to fatigue and malaise, but also to weight gain, especially around the abdomen, cellulite, and water retention.

When we cleanse the liver and then eat the right foods, liver metabolism will improve and we start burning fat. As liver function improves, so does energy. With more energy, fitness improves, because we have the ability to exercise more and improve our muscle tone.

As we cleanse the body, not only will we shed excess pounds, we’ll also lose some of that lumpy, bumpy cellulite.

Two French physicians, Meus-Blatter and Laroche, discovered that cellulite is cause by inefficient removal of wastes from the body. As toxic materials collect between the cells, they are held by hardened connective tissue where they build up to create pockets of water, toxins, and fat that give the skin that unsightly peau d’orange (orange peel skin) appearance. Cleansing the body with high amounts of raw food, and especially vegetable juices, not only helps flush away the lumps and bumps, it also raises cell vitality.

Following are the most common symptoms and conditions: Being on edge (easily stressed), clevated cholesterol, skin conditions, skin irritation, depression, sleep difficulties, fat indigestion, kidney damage, heart damage, brain damage, Hypothyroidism, chronic fatigue, weight fain, poor memory, PMS, mental fog, blood sugar disorders, allergies, obesity. If you have tried many ways to improve your health and energy level and nothing seemed to adequately help, it is very possible that your overworked liver underlies your difficulties. Restoring liver function is one of the most important and vital actions you could ever do for your health. When the liver gets congested and toxic, it will remain that way and get worse until it gets detoxified and rejuvenated.

Milk Thistle has a long therapeutic history for the treatment of liver disorders
For over 2,000 years Europeans have used Milk Thistle seeds as an herbal treatment for liver disorders. Literally hundreds of research studies, mostly in Europe, have confirmed the remarkable ability of milk thistle to protect the liver against virtually all types of damage: from accidental exposure to chemical pollutants, toxic side effects of medications, liver diseases like hepatitis and even the self inflicted damage from overindulgence of rich food and alcohol. Human studies have found milk thistle seed extract beneficial in treating alcoholic liver disease, drug-induced liver disease, bile duct inflammation and chronic hepatitis.

Weight Control Begins With Hydration

drink 1/2 your body weight of water in ounces, daily. Example 180 lb = 90 oz. of water daily. Divide that into 8 or 10 oz. glasses and that's how many glasses you will need to drink, daily.

Trying to lose weight is always a challenge, but water can be a valuable and easily adaptable component of a diet plan. Water acts as an appetite suppressant and is instrumental in breaking down and reducing fat deposits. The rate at which we burn calories (our metabolism) is a chemical process requiring water. We need adequate water to ensure the smooth functioning of this process. Water helps to flush toxins out our system. The more toxins in our body the less capable it is of losing weight. If you are dieting, keep your system functioning properly and maximize weight loss by drinking plenty of water.

No matter what the specific health or fitness goal, one cannot achieve the maximum benefit from any health program without drinking the right kind of water in the proper amount. All experts agree, that next to the air we breathe, water is the most important thing we will ever put in our bodies. It is surprising that so much time and money is being spent on supplements, organic foods and natural remedies but little attention is given to the quality and effect of the water with which those items are taken.

Depending on what part of the country one lives in, it is easy to find trace amounts of nitrates, pesticides, heavy metals, radioactive compounds, petrochemicals and parasites coming from the local municipal water supply. The toxins and free radicals in these waters are made significantly more toxic to humans by the addition of chlorine -- a compound mandated by the public health department.

Julian Whitaker, MD - "Most of us do not naturally drink the amount of water necessary for improvement, so we function with low level dehydration and suffer a variety of diseases as a result."

The most common cause of most health problems and disorders are:

Parasites and Toxins

Nutritional deficiency - Diet deficient on essential nutrients is affecting biochemical processes inside our cells.  It is also affecting digestion and preventing internal natural detoxification, Poor dietary choices, poor diet, mental attitude, stress, suppression, negative thoughts, fear, lack of love, lack joy, lack desire to live. Lack of physical activity, sweating, moving, sex, laugh...

Often followed or accompanied by:

Formation of Liver Stones, Gallstones, poor liver function, poor bowel function

Poor digestion - Incomplete digestion may cause poor absorption of essential nutrients, and poorly digested food may contain toxic substances that our intestines absorb into our blood, lymph and tissues.

Bad Colon - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays meals are still inside.Good Colon

Bad Colon

Good Colon

Whenever, toxemia exceeds one's capacity to handle it, you will definitely have a disease.

Body Cleansing (Overweight)

Now, let's start with body cleansing. Body cleansing is extremely important part of every prevention and curing program. You are guessing: "Dietary changes you made are also a form of cleansing." But, most people need more then this, especially when it comes to liver health. Body Cleansing is even important for children. Our internal organs can hold a lot of toxins, and sometimes, it is impossible to get those toxins out, without doing cleansing. Our liver can contain hundreds of intrahepatic stones. Those stones will block bile flow, and affect the bases of your health, your digestion. Another problem are parasites. You must learn as much as possible about parasites. And, don't forget also dental toxins.

Let start with cleansing program.

You are suppose to do cleansing in this order (Adults)

  1. Bowel cleanse with parasite cleanse (herbal program)

  2. Dental cleanup (if you can afford it)

  3. Kidney Cleanse

  4. Liver cleanse.

Physical Activity (Overweight)

Physical Activity helps cleansing; it brings balance and relieves stress.
Psycho-physical activities will help you balance your body and will help you relief accumulated stress.  You will have to find a form of exercise that suits you. I will just give you a few examples:

Mini Trampoline jumping - rebounding!
Meditation
Walk or jog in the nature: Forest, Mountain, river /   sea / lake side, beach ... fishing, photo-safari, rowing, riding, golf...

Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Meditation ...
Yoga - Hatha, Meditation, Chinese Yoga ...
Martial Arts: Karate, Judo, Kung Fu, Teakwood, Budokai, Uechi, Aikido ...
Dancing, Aerobics, Gymnastics, Stretching ...
Swimming in
non-chlorinated water!  (Best in minerals rich water - Ocean!)
Weight lifting ...

Do not exhaust yourself!

Do not exercise with full stomach!  (You may take a walk!)

Do not hurt yourself!

Sweating (Overweight)

Sweating is powerful way to cleanse your body from accumulated toxins.

  • exercise with a lot of clothes

  • Sauna

  • drink warm tea in a hot room ...

  • eat CAYENNE pepper! ...

It is known that some modern industrial toxins and pesticides can leave your body only through sweat glands!

Excerpts from
Use Fat to Lose Fat
By Thomas Lee, M. D.

With all the miracle cures and special diets around us, we should be getting more slender and healthy by the minute. But notice people in your local supermarkets and restaurants today and decide for yourself whether that appears to be true. After a three-decade run as the national obsession, dieting to become slim by eating less fat or skipping meals simply has not worked. The only things really getting thinner are our wallets.

We have been taught that fat and oil are bad for our health because they clog our arteries, make us fat, and have us falling apart in no time. For the past few decades, the official story has been that the dreaded killers have been the saturated fats. These are often found in the bodies of large animals and are usually not contributed to our dinner plates willingly.

Have you ever eaten a big meal, but still felt hungry? Perhaps you even have felt the need to nap for a while afterwards. These responses are due to the carbohydrate portions of the meal, rather than the fats or oils. Fats and oils are released into your blood much more slowly and steadily than carbohydrates.

Coconut oil does not inhibit the effects of the thyroid hormone, while many seed and grain oils have been proven to do so. Because a faster metabolism burns more weight off your body, a stronger thyroid function -- along with some physical exercise -- will help you lose excess body fat, or avoid your putting it on in the first place.

Two Tips to Help Your Overweight Child
by Julian Whitaker M.D.

The United States is the fattest nation in the world. It's not just adults in this country who are packing on the extra pounds. Our kids are overweight, too. In fact, about one in four children in this country is obese. The odds are stacked against these kids, who face an increased risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes as they get older — unless they can reverse their pattern of weight gain while they're still young. But they can't do it without your help. Small Changes, Large Effects It may surprise you to learn that children who are obese do not consume significantly more calories than other children. But consuming as little as 50 extra calories a day — the equivalent of two teaspoons of sugar — will result in a weight gain of 5 pounds over the course of a year. One hundred extra calories per day — less than a can of Coke — will result in a 10-pound weight gain in a year's time. This slow but consistent weight gain, spread out over the course of several years, is the pattern that usually occurs in obese children, rather than a sudden and dramatic increase in weight.

The good news is that the opposite is also true — a modest reduction in calories and an equally modest increase in activity will reverse the trend of increasing weight and eventually result in weight loss. This is why, rather than putting your child on a stringent weight loss regimen, I recommend helping your child make a few small yet powerful changes in diet and lifestyle.
